  Bad service and advice given from both the Washington and Gateshead branch. Paul the so called after sales was rude and unhelpful as his story changed to suit his narrative each time we spoke.. Absolutely disgusted with every point of contact with this company. As this has happened in 2 branches of Springfield, it is obviously a bad culture within the company and not just 1 bad staff member.
