  Worst delivery company out there. Telephone contact forces you to email as "all advisors are busy" - I'm not surprised though, with the amount of complaints they must be getting it would be tough answering a phone. The delivery driver, obviously couldn't be bothered to even attempt delivery. No attempt to phone the contact number given (delivery was to a business premises and so someone would have answered at any stage and granted delivery) and no "contact card" left. Using detective work I was able to call the depot directly and whoever answered the phone also could not be bothered. I am now left waiting until Monday for the re-delivery (if they can actually make an attempt this time) for a PERISHABLE item.I have now effectively wasted the money spent on ordering this due the ineptitude of a delivery company situated 6 miles from the intended delivery location. My recommendation is to not even consider using this company if you ever want to receive your package. I can guarantee that the 5* reviews on here are employees trying to save the face of the company. Difficult to understand how they still operate with such poor service.
